Both pool work fine in the native view client. I have tested this with both Windows 7 and 8.1 based pools with the same results. Eventually the connection times out on the target desktop. When I click on a pool, the screen slides sideways to load the desktop and then sits at the grey background and never loads. If I log into the view connection server and select Horizon View HTML Access, it will prompt me to log in and then show me the pools I have configured. I built new Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 VMs and installed the agent and then the remote experience pack, as per the same docs. I install the HTML Access component on the connection server after the 5.3 upgrade, as directed by VMware docs. Now that the upgrade is complete, the HTML Access is no longer working. I have recently upgraded a demo environment of View from 5.2 to 5.3.
